This is often the first chance the Community Council will get to see what kind of character you have and will go a long way to getting you an interview.

How old are you? (Minimum: 16) Required

What platform do you use? (Twitch, Youtube, Facebook, etc.) Required

Please specify the platform and also supply the URLs to each of the social media accounts you have.

How long have you been creating content for? Required

How often do you provide content to your audience? Required

How long have you been a member of the Community? Required

What are your intentions in becoming a content creator? Required

Provide the analytical data for your audience engagement: Required

Example: If you're a streamer, provide evidence of your follow, subscriber and view count.

Are you aware of the Community Guidelines, Server Rules & Regulations and the Expectations of a Content Creator? Required
